Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN) and PH domain and leucine-rich repeat phosphatase cross-talk (PHLPP) in cancer cells and in transforming growth factor β-activated stem cells.

VOLUME 289 (2014) PAGES 11601–11615

This article has been withdrawn by the authors. In Fig. 1C, the PHLPP1 and the PHLPP2 immunoblots contained gel splices. Lane 3 of the Cdk2 immunoblot from Fig. 1C depicted results from PHLPP1 vector-transfected cells. In Fig. 1E, the PHLPP2 and the pGSK3β Ser-9 immunoblots contained gel splices. Also in Fig. 1E, lanes 1 and 3 and lanes 2 and 4 of the Akt2 immunoblot were duplicated. In Fig. 7B, the band shown in lane 4 of the MMP9 immunoblot was assembled from two different bands. The authors state that these errors do not affect the interpretation of their data or conclusions of this work.
