Corrigendum for the paper ‘Digital clocks: simple Boolean models can quantitatively describe circadian systems’

J. R. Soc. Interface 9, 2365–2382 (2012; Published online 12 April 2012) (doi:10.1098/rsif.2012.0080)

In our recently published article, we stated in the penultimate paragraph of §4.2 that ‘In addition, the 3-loop model incorporates only the pulsed light input to the PRR gene because removing the continuous light input from the DE system had a negligible effect on its photoperiodic behaviour’. This should instead read, ‘In addition, the 3-loop model incorporates only the pulsed light input to the LHY gene because removing the continuous light input from the DE system had a negligible effect on its photoperiodic behaviour’. We apologize for any confusion caused.
