Page 3732, column 1, line 32: “Giemsa-stained thick and thin blood films were examined at baseline; every 6 hours for the first 3 days; and on day 7, day 14, day 21, and day 28” should read “Giemsa-stained thick and thin blood films were examined at baseline, every 12 hours until two consecutive slides were negative, thereafter daily through day 7, and then on days 14, 21, and 28.”
