TW3 bone age

We read with interest the excellent letter from Ahmed and Warner in the April issue of the journal.1 Despite our best efforts we have been unable to obtain “Assessment of skeletal maturity and prediction of adult height: TW3 method” by JM Tanner, MJR Healy, H Goldsteine and N Cameron, which was published in 2001 (ISBN 0702025119). It is out of print and currently unavailable for purchase. In view of the information in the letter from Ahmed and Warner, paediatricians and radiologists should be using TW3, but this is unlikely to happen unless the publisher decides to run a reprint of the above book.
